To reset your password in the app, enter your email address, click continue and then select ‘Reset Password’. Or you can set a new password on our website here

To use the Unite Students App you will need to make sure that you are using the email address and password associated with your booking

If you booked directly with us, this will be the email address and password you provided at that time. If you booked through your university, this will be the email address you provided at check-in or the one allocated to you by your university.
