Enter the email address and password you used to make you’re booking and log straight in.

Didn’t book via our website:

You will first need to activate your account in the app. To do this:

• Enter the email you used to make your booking

• Tap Continue

• Tap ‘Need help logging in?’

• Enter email, DOB and choose a password

• Your Account is now activated for you to log in via our app and website.

To use the Unite Students App you will need to make sure that you are using the email address associated with your booking.

If you booked directly with us, this will be the email address and password you provided at that time.

If you booked through another way e.g. your university, this will be the email address you provided at check-in.
