Flat chat and property community are optional features which you can opt into or out of at any time.

You will automatically be opted into your flat chat as soon as you have accepted our Community Guidelines. You can change this by going into the chat settings and tap ‘Leave’ to leave the chat. Other users will be notified that you’ve left the chat. You will be able to re-join your flat chat at any point in the future.
