Where do I collect my key?

You can collect your keys from reception.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There's limited parking available for check-in and you'll be able to park to unload belongings for 20 minutes and you can unload belongings for 30 minutes .If you need to park for longer, your nearest car park can be found at Gallowgate car park, AB10 1ZU.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common room
Spring Gardens has a common room and a study area. You can also enjoy a movie night in our cinema room which is located in Block 56 opposite the laundry room.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room is located in Block 56. You’ll need to download the Circuit Plus app to be able to access the laundry machines.

Outside space
Spring Gardens has a lovely patio area with picnic benches and is located outside block 66.

Parking
There is car parking available at Spring Gardens. The spaces are available on a first come, first served basis and are charged at £60 per month.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at Spring Gardens. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
General waste, food waste and recycling are all disposed of at Spring Gardens. The bin store is located in the car park. We also have the British Heart Foundation and food bank donation points available in the main building.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Monday at 3pm and your fire assembly point is located at on the car park.
