Where do I collect my key?

You can collect your keys from reception.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There's limited parking available for check-in and you'll be able to park to unload belongings for 20 minutes. If you need to park for longer, your nearest car park can be found at NCP Leicester St Nicholas Circle, St, Nicholas Circle, LE1 4LF.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common area
The common room is located in Phase 2 of the building and includes a pool table, foosball, lounge, PlayStation, cinema room and study area.

Study space
The study space can be found in the common room.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room at Castle Court is located in Phase 1, next to A Block. You will need to download the Circuit Plus app to operate the laundry machines.

Outside space
There is a courtyard for you to enjoy outside Phase 1.

Parking
There is limited parking available at Castle Court. Priority for these spaces go to placement nurses and other special circumstances. The remaining spaces will be given out on a first come, first served basis.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at Castle Court. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
General waste and recycling bins are provided in both Phases at Castle Court.

Fire test time and meeting point
Your fire alarm test day is Thursday at 1pm and your fire assembly point is located at at Castle Street - church opposite front of building.
