‘I feel proud knowing the difference I can make’: Meet Karen from Liverpool

Karen is a Service and Sales Advisor at Grand Central in Liverpool. But she’s also our Welfare Lead for the whole city, on hand to help if you need some support or just a cup of tea with a friendly face.
