Where do I collect my key?

You can collect your keys from reception.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There's no on site parking available but you can unload belongings for 20 minutes.If you need to park for longer, your nearest car park can be found at Lidl, Lower Bristol Road, BA2 1ES, Western Lock retail park (M&S food court), Lower Bristol Road BA2 1EP, or Charlotte Street, Town Centre BA1 2NE.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Reception
The reception can be found at Charlton Court next door.

Common room
The common room includes a pool table, table tennis, sofas and a TV.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room is located next to the common area. Machines are operated through the Circuit laundry app.

Outside space
There is an outdoor, enclosed courtyard area with astro turf and picnic benches.

Parking
There is no student parking available at Waterside Court, and student parking is prohibited within 3km of the property.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available, but please remember to bring your own bike lock. The bike store is locked and will need a combination code to gain access. There are also bike parks available within the courtyard.

Recycling
Recycling facilities are available at Waterside Court. Please take care not to contaminate bins with the wrong types of rubbish.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Friday at 1pm and your fire assembly point is located at outside Charlton Court.
