Where do I collect my key?

You can collect your keys from our check-in desk outside the building.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There's parking available for check-in on site. If you need to park for longer, your nearest car park can be found at NCP Cardiff Pellett Street CF10 4FD.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Reception
The reception can be found on the 5th floor.

Common area
The common room at Ty Pont Haearn is located on the 5th floor opposite reception, and includes a TV, study booths, vending machine and plenty of space to relax in.

Study space
There are study booths located in the common room.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room is located on the 5th floor. The machines are operated by Circuit Laundry and you can top-up via the Circuit Laundry Plus App.

Parking
There is no on-site parking available at Ty Pont Haearn. We are however located on top of an NCP car park (standard costs would apply).

Bike storage
Bike storage is available to the side of Ty Pont Haearn. You will need to collect your key card to access this area. Please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
General waste and recycling bins are provided at Ty Pont Haearn. They are located at the side of the property.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Thursday at 2.30pm and your fire assembly point is located at over the pedestrian foot bridge.
