Where do I collect my key?

You can collect your keys from reception.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There's limited parking available for check-in and you'll be able to park to unload belongings for 15 minutes. If you need to find your nearest car park, why not try Parkopedia?

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common room
There are a number of common rooms at Stratford ONE, mainly located on the mezzanine floor. These were refurbished in 2022 to create a Karaoke room, fitness studio and games lounge. The Sky Room offers spectacular views of the London skyline from the 24th floor.

Study space
The study room has a number of tables, a printer and a quiet space.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room is located on the mezzanine floor. You’ll need to download the Circuit Plus app to access the laundry machines.

Outside space
Stratford ONE has courtyards, roof terraces and winter gardens.

Parking
There is no parking available at Stratford ONE. The Westfield Shopping Centre car park is situated opposite Stratford ONE.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at Stratford ONE. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
Recycling facilities are available at Stratford ONE.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Tuesday at 2pm and your fire assembly point is located at the right side of the entrance on Westfield Avenue Street.
