Where do I collect my key?

You will receive a key card on arrival at the property, which you can use to access your room and communal areas.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There is parking located on the street facing the main entrance, but this is only available for pick-up and drop-off. It is free at the weekend, and free after 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common room
The common room is located on the ground floor by reception and includes a TV, Xbox, sofas and chairs.

Study space
A study room is provided with chairs and tables.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room is located next to reception. You’ll need to download the Circuit Plus app to access the laundry machines.

Outside space
There are bench areas located outside the property.

Parking
There are limited spaces available on a first come, first served basis which are charged at £50 per month. Contact your property team to book a space.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at Sherren House. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
Recycling facilities are available at Sherren House.

Fire test time and meeting point
Fire alarms are fitted throughout the property. Your fire alarm test day is Tuesday at 2pm. Your fire assembly point is located outside the Main Entrance.
