Where do I collect my key?

You can collect your keys from reception.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There's limited parking available for check-in and you'll be able to park to unload belongings for 30 minutes. If you need to park for longer, your nearest car park can be found at Old Street Parking, 1-69 Theseus Walk, London N1 8DS .

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

There are three common rooms located in Cross Court House, they are all open from 8am - 11pm. The common rooms include a TV, pool table and plenty of space to relax in.

Study space
There are four study rooms located in Cross Court House - they are all open from 8am - 11pm.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room at Cross Court House is located in the basement. It is equipped with washing machines, dryers and sofas in case you want to wait for your washing. You’ll need to download the Circuit Plus app to access the laundry machines.

Parking
There is no parking available at Cross Court House.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at Cross Court House. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
General waste and recycling bins are provided in each kitchen and can be disposed of in the secure bin store. Recycling is collected from the bin store three times a week.

Fire test time and meeting point
Your fire alarm test day is Wednesday at 12pm and your fire assembly point is located on the corner Graham Street and City Road.
