Where do I collect my key?

You can collect your keys from reception.

Where can I park and unload my car?

There's parking available for check-in on site. If you need to find your nearest car park, why not try Parkopedia?

When can I move in?

You can check in at any point from the start date of your tenancy. You can find your start date in your tenancy agreement or by logging into MyAccount here.

Common area
The separate common room building is in the main courtyard past Block D. It includes a cinema room, PS4 gaming area, pool table, ping pong table, and plenty of space to relax in. We also have some board games at reception to borrow. If you would like to sign some out just come to reception to see what we have available.

Study space
The study room can be found off the common room - it includes study booths for group work and a TV for students to connect to for presentations.

Laundry facilities
The laundry room is located near reception. The machines are operated by Circuit Laundry and you can top-up via the Circuit laundry plus app.

Outside space
There are benches located near the common room for socialising.

Parking
There is no on-site parking available at Blackweir Lodge.

Bike storage
Bike storage is available at Blackweir Lodge using our external bike racks or the bike shed located next to the common room. If you are planning on bringing your bike, please remember to bring your own bike lock.

Recycling
General waste and mixed recycling are all disposed of at Blackweir Lodge in the external bin areas located in the main courtyard.

Fire test time and meeting point
Your fire alarm test day is Thursday at 2pm and your fire assembly point is located at the staff car park.
