Where to stay
If you want to live right in the city centre itself, Cathedral Park, Unite House, Brunel House, Orchard Heights, Nelson House and Drake House are all great options. Staying at our UWE student accommodation leaves you close to Cabot Circus, an excellent shopping centre that includes luxury fashion, high street brands, and a range of restaurants and eateries. Not only is it a shopper’s dream, but it’s also one of the best places to catch a direct bus to campus. Buses from Cabot Circus bus stop (S1) to UWE take about 25-minutes. This makes it very straightforward to commute in for lectures and study sessions, and you’ll still have everything the city centre has to offer on your doorstep.
We also have student accommodation for Bristol UWE in popular areas east of the city centre. Blenheim Court and Cherry Court are also surrounded by great restaurants, bars and amenities. Bristol Shopping Quarter is just over the road, with brands like TK Maxx and Primark having large stores there, perfect for shopping on a budget. You’ll also be close to a PureGym and Showcase Cinema. We have more UWE accommodation close by, too. Marketgate and Phoenix Court are in Old Market. Here, you’ll be close to Castle Park, the Shopping Quarter and Bristol Temple Meads train station.
