Whether you’ve just moved to a new city and university or you’re a returning student, chances are you’ll be catching up with flatmates or getting to know new ones, be that in a pub, your flat or at a restaurant.
However you choose to spend your evening, the simple truth is that we all face certain risks, especially when the days are shorter.
Some of you may have been in uncomfortable situations walking home with a friend in the dark. In times like these, it’s helpful to have a few tricks up your sleeve.
