You do not need to have a Natwest Account to process a refund but you do need a UK bank account. When it is time to process your refund, we will send you an email via NatWest Payit. This will come from the following email address ‘NoReply@services.natwest.com’. You will then need to provide your bank account details via the secure link included. Your refund will be processed once you have done this.
Please note your link is only valid for 30 days. If your link expires, please contact us for a new one.
If you are unsure if the email is legitimate, you can confirm this by comparing the amount on your Payit email with the refund balance in your Unite Students account by logging in here.
