Property features

Situated right in the centre of Bristol, Waverley House is just a 15-minute walk from the University of Bristol campus, ideal for making the most of your time as a student in this brilliant city.

With just 217 University of Bristol students living here each year, Waverley House isn’t our largest property in Bristol. But being part of our Riverside complex (with sister buildings the Rackhay and Favell House) means it has a character and social scene that’s hard to beat.

Choose a non en-suite room if you’d like to share your bathroom, kitchen, and lounge with flatmates, or go for a studio if you’d rather have everything to yourself. Away from your room, your common room has a sofa and TV area, a row of study desks, and even a piano!

If you like the idea of city-centre living, this location is incredible. You’re right beside Bristol’s harbour, with the bars and clubs of King Street and St Nicholas Street just a couple of minutes away. And nearby Queen Square is a great place to hang out when the weather’s nice.
